The emerging Brisbane fashion label, Ulterior Uniform, is the brainchild of creative Rebecca Crawford. She was ready to utilise the knowledge and tools attained from a business degree at QUT and advanced diploma in fashion at TAFE to fill the gap in the market for working women who are sick of choosing a 'role' everyday, in turn sacrificing important parts of their personalities.

Rebecca grew up drawing inspiration from both street style and high fashion. She incorporates unexpected details from sportswear and utilitarian dressing with the codes of classic suiting and tailoring, to create innovative, unique garments.

After graduating from TAFE in 2017, Rebecca entered her individual graduate collections into Brisbane Fashion Runway, where she received acclaim from the public and industry figures alike. Ulterior Uniform, the label, officially launched its first collection in 2018 and debuted at Brisbane Fashion Runway and RAW Brisbane OASIS.

In 2019, Ulterior Uniform was featured in the QUTCEA Fashion 360 Accelerator Showcase, and positioned its place as one of the most exciting and innovative emerging brands to watch in 2019.
